Please note; each doll is packaged with the utmost care. I have posted all over the world with no breakages. However in the unlikely event of damage En route , i first recommend speaking with the postal carrier to make a report for insurance options then please contact me to discuss repair. I will repair free of charge, but postage costs will be paid by the customer. Thank you
